How is Docyt's BI different from other solutions?
Most hotel BI tools sit on top of PMS exports and whatever your accounting system sends them. Docyt's BI Suite sits on the ledger Docyt itself reconciles every day, so the flash, the P&L and the forecast are the same numbers, and they are right. There is no mapping project between your accounting and your dashboards because they are one system.
Does Docyt integrate with sales and catering CRMs?
Yes. Group pace, pickup and definite bookings from systems such as Delphi (Amadeus), Salesforce-based hospitality CRMs and Opera Sales and Catering feed the forecast and the flash.
What is target flow management?
The practice of setting profit targets by property and department and managing the flow-through from revenue changes to GOP. Docyt tracks flow-through daily against target, so a revenue beat that does not reach the bottom line shows up immediately.
Can I build my own reports?
Yes. Standard USALI reports, owner statements and flash reports come out of the box. A report builder and scheduled exports let you create custom views; enterprise customers can also access the data through the API.
Can owners and GMs get their own views?
